Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scents
  • Not marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with an exchange. Contact us via our Contact page and we'll do our best to get you the right item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
